Q: What was the deciding factor that helped you become a Personal Training client?
A: I’ve always been active, doing sports in high school and college. I continued to workout after my sports days but I mostly did cardio. I wanted to begin lifting weights to gain muscle and lower my body fat, but I wasn’t sure how to get started. I had Terry test my body fat percentage and when he told me about his personal training program it felt like it was something I could definitely do. The idea of having a trainer to hold me accountable to reach my goals was exactly what I needed at the time.
Q: How long have you been a Fight Club Personal Training Client:
A: 6 months
Q: What is your overall feeling about Training here?
A: I love training at fight club, Terry always challenges me to try new things. He constantly incorporates new workouts and equipment to keep things interesting.
Q: Describe what part of you experience training here has made you the happiest?
A: What has made me the happiest about training at fight club is not only seeing my body change, but feeling stronger.
Q: Describe some of the most important benefits you’ve received by training with us.
A: Training at fight club has taught me how to train correctly and safely for my body.
Q: Please explain specifically what you’ve gained from your experience here:
A: I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about weight training as well as stretching. I’ve definitely found that stretching is very important. Without stretching, injuries are much more common.
Q: Anything you’d like to add?
A: I’ve gained a lot of confidence training at fight club and I hope to continue building on that.
