Q: What was the deciding factor that helped you become a Personal Training client?
A: I always wanted to have personal training because I really had no clue of how to properly exercise. I didn’t know what muscles to focus on, I didn’t know many exercises, how many of them to do, how much cardio, nothing really! I always wanted to be active and strong, but I didn’t have any guidance.
Q: How long have you been a Fight Club Personal Training Client?
A: For about a month, I had 10 personal training sessions with Wendy.
Q: What is your overall feeling about Training here at Fight Club?
A: I love how wholesome Fight Club is. You have many options, whether you want to jump in one of the kickboxing cardio classes, or do some ellipticals, weight training by yourself or anything you feel like. You have the freedom to chose how you want to work out, and you have a variety of classes and equipment to do so. Exercise, like dieting or anything you do can become monotonous and repetitive. If you don’t mix it up, you’ll get bored and be more likely to quit.
Q: Describe what part of you experience training here has made you the happiest?
A: I can’t lie, I love the way I look right now. I have never been more in shape in my life. Apart from this superficial gain, I also feel stronger and more active. When you are more physically active and strong and eat the right way, your mood changes completely.
It’s an overall change of lifestyle, all for the better. When you take care of your body, you feel healthier, happier, and your self-esteem rises a lot.
The eating monitoring was what helped me the most! I didn’t know how much of an impact a good diet had on the way you work out.
Q: Describe some of the most important benefits you’ve received by training with us?

Q: Please explain specifically what you’ve gained from your experience here?
A: I’ve gained a positive lifestyle. I used to be very sedentary and lazy for everything, and that wasn’t doing anything good for my life.
When you eat healthy, exercise regularly, and are fit, you feel better about yourself. When you feel better about yourself, you become happier. Self-confidence makes you feel more capable of doing more things. Not just physically, but mentally and in your daily life.

A: Wendy is awesome!
