Q: When did you become a member of Fight Club?
A: February 2014
Q: How did you hear about Fight Club?
A: I trained boxing at FIU for a while so now that I graduated and wanted to find a boxing gym close to where I live. After seeing the ads in the area and visiting the gym I decided to sign up.
Q: What impressions did you have of Fight Club before you joined?
A: That it only offered boxing classes. I was totally wrong. They have it all! Plus a great training staff.
Q: What are the specific results you’ve gotten here at Fight Club?
A: Reduced body fat percentage by well over 5%, increased muscle mass (can’t remember exact numbers but i’m much tighter) and overall more energy!
Q: Give some examples of things you are physically able to do now that you were unable to do before?
A: I can’t think of anything I was completely unable to do before but I have definitely noticed a difference in my strength. I am able to lift more heavy weights and my endurance is much better.
