Q: What was the deciding factor that helped you become a Personal Training client?
A: It was an easy decision after taking my first evaluation class with Moe. I explained to him my fitness goals and the specific target areas I wanted to work on and he was eager to put a specific fitness plan in place. He explained my day by day routine and what it will take to accomplish my goals. His knowledge and high energy was always appreciated.
Q: How long have you been a Fight Club Personal Training Client:
A: 3 months.
Q: What is your overall feeling about Training here at Fight Club?
A: KICK ASS & HIGH ENERGY.
Q: Describe what part of you experience training here has made you the happiest?
I would have to say my 1 on 1 training sessions with Moe. He set weekly goals and held me accountable to achieve them. He switched the routines and workouts so I never knew what to expect. His HIGH ENERGY does not allow you to give up and quit.
Q: Describe some of the most important benefits you’ve received by training with us?
A: I was able to lean out and lose 21lbs, strengthen my core, work on my flexibility, increase my endurance and improve on my boxing skills.
Q: Please explain specifically what you’ve gained from your experience here?
A: The amount of physical and mental strength I have developed within the last 3 months have been unmeasurable to anything i have experienced at other fitness clubs/gym.. I’ve learned to push my body beyond its limits in order to achieve my results. The knowledge and friendships I have gained at Fight Club will stay with me for my life time.
Q: Is there anything else at all that you’d like to add?
A: Free towels! I sweat to dam much. lol
