Q: What was the deciding factor that helped you become a Personal Training client?
A: The deciding factor for me to become a personal training client was that I wasn’t getting the results I wanted to see while working out on my own and because I wanted to learn which exercises were best for what I wanted to achieve.
Q: How long have you been a Fight Club Personal Training Client:
A: I’ve been training with Wendy at Fight Club for about a month and a half.
Q: What is your overall feeling about Training here at Fight Club?
A: Overall I feel great about training with Wendy. She is creative with her workouts and motivates me to push through the work out.
Q: Describe what part of you experience training here has made you the happiest?
A: I love training at fight club because it works great for my schedule and I feel happy my mom and I are able to train together and become stronger together!
Q: Describe some of the most important benefits you’ve received by training with us?
A: The most important benefit from training with Wendy at Fight club is that the exercises are customized for the changes I want to see on my body.
Q: Please explain specifically what you’ve gained from your experience here?
A: Throughout my experience at Fight club training with Wendy I have gained a lot of knowledge pertaining to which exercises are best for what I want to achieve. I have also gained a lot of physical and mental strength to push through tough workouts, and most importantly motivation to keep working hard.
Q: Is there anything else at all that you’d like to add?
A: I really enjoy working out with Wendy because she is fun and because she motivates me to work hard. I also enjoy her creativity. I have learned how to use different equipment such as the balance trainers, yoga balls, suspension
trainers, and weight machines. I have also improved my form while squatting and planking.
